Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Shree Bhavani Aakhada ("Aakhada", "We", "Us") for training programs, memberships, or services may be refunded or cancelled. By enrolling in any program or making a payment, you agree to this policy.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Change of mind Lack of attendance Personal reasons Relocation Rule violations Training injuries

5. Medical Exception (Discretionary)

In case of serious medical conditions (with valid proof), a partial refund or fee adjustment for a future batch may be considered. Final decision rests solely with Aakhada management.

6. Cancellation Policy

Before Program Start: Cancellation requests may be considered. Aakhada may deduct administrative charges of 10%–30%.

After Program Start: No cancellation or refund is allowed once a batch has commenced.

7. Transfer Policy

Fees are non-transferable to another person. In exceptional cases, a batch transfer may be allowed subject to prior written approval from management.

8. Refund Process

Refund requests must be sent via email or official contact. Include: Full Name, Payment Reference/Details, and Reason for request.

9. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

10. Payment Gateway Charges

Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount before disbursement.

11. Authority

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Shree Bhavani Aakhada. Decisions shall be final and binding on all parties.
