Cancellation & Refunds

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Shree Bhavani Aakhada (“Aakhada”, “We”, “Us”) for training programs, memberships, or services may be refunded or cancelled. By enrolling in any program or making a payment, you agree to this policy.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
No refunds will be provided for change of mind, lack of attendance, personal reasons (relocation, constraints), removal due to rule violations, or injuries arising during training.
In case of serious medical conditions (with valid proof), a partial refund OR fee adjustment for a future batch may be considered. Final decision rests solely with Aakhada management.
6.1 Before Program Start: Cancellation requests may be considered. Aakhada may deduct administrative charges (10%–30%).
6.2 After Program Start: No cancellation or refund allowed.
Fees are non-transferable to another person. In exceptional cases, batch transfer may be allowed (subject to approval).
Refund requests must be sent via email or official contact. Include Name, Payment details, and Reason.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Shree Bhavani Aakhada. Decisions shall be final and binding.
